Overview:
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Designer to support our team with overflow design and formatting tasks. This entry to mid-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and enjoys producing clean, consistent design work within established brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and format various collateral including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, event signage, and fillable forms
  • Prepare internal and external presentations (primarily PowerPoint or Google Slides) that align with brand aesthetics
  • Maintain consistency across deliverables while adhering to brand standards
  • Efficiently execute production tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of assets

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Figma is a plus
  • Strong layout, typography, and formatting skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Ability to follow direction, work within brand systems, and maintain quality across multiple projects
  • Excellent time management and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with creating fillable PDFs or interactive forms
  • Basic motion design or Canva experience
